If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full item refund. Whether the item doesn't fit quite right or doesn't match your style, we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at nury.meneses@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
